We are women and we can adjust.  You are doing an amazing job adjusting and this is your chance to let down your hair, lean on others and enjoy a relax and fun virtual picnic.

Plan for one hour of YOU TIME!  Make a plan now to ensure you get a much needed break.

1. Decide where you want to pick up lunch - treat yourself and take a break from cooking!

2. Make your favorite beverage (no judgement here) - treat yourself again!

3. Find a peaceful, private, comfortable spot (with WiFi or cell service) - this is your time and you deserve it!

4. Dress like it's ladies night!!  Let's see your beautiful faces - lipstick and all.

Give yourself 1 hour to unwind and socialize with other business women.  Go outside, get a sitter, shut the door, go to your car - find a place with privacy - this is your time!
