Annual Meeting & Businessperson of the Year

Description

Join us for the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting and the celebration of Businessperson of the Year at Callie Opie's Orchard on Thursday, June 24 between 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm*.  

Dinner provided by Annie Mac's Kitchen:  Buffet-style Jerk or Baked Chicken, Yellow Rice or Salad, Jamaican Patties and Cocoa Bread.  Lemonade, Tea and Water

The Annual Meeting portion of the evening will include the annual review, recognition of our retiring board members, and welcome of the new board members.  We'll also present the Chamber Good Neighbor, Chamber Partner, and Chamber Volunteer of the Year awards.

The Businessperson of the Year portion of the evening will highlight our four finalists and recognize the 2021 recipient.  The evening will kick off with a cash bar and silent auction and leading into a buffet-style dinner.  Dress is business casual and open to all Chamber members, community leaders, and guests.  The presentation portion of the evening will be inside the event barn.

*With the release of restrictions happening on June 15, we wanted to host in person. We do not have plans to broadcast the event live, however, we are investigating the option to record and share post-event.
