2nd Annual Spring Swing Invitational Drives Workforce Development in Louisa County

ZION CROSSROADS, VA — The Louisa Forward Foundation and the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC), hosted the 2nd Annual Spring Swing Invitational on Monday, April 21, at the private Spring Creek Golf Club, bringing together more than 80 business and community leaders to raise funds in support of workforce development and local scholarships.

The event serves as a cornerstone initiative to support graduating seniors at Louisa County High School pursuing higher education at Piedmont Virginia Community College, while also strengthening public-private partnerships focused on workforce advancement.

“This event is about more than golf. It’s a chance to come together around a shared vision for growing Louisa County’s talent pipeline,” said Tracy Hale Clark, Executive Director of the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce and Louisa Forward Foundation. “The collaboration between business, education, and community is what makes this initiative impactful.”
