How well do you know your civics? Test your knowledge and cheer on our students as middle schoolers in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade compete in the Louisa County Chamber of Commerce’s second local Civics Bee, in partnership with Louisa County Public Schools. The competition will take place in the Alan Jackson Theatre at Louisa County High School.
This special event is designed to inspire young students to engage in civics and develop into thoughtful leaders in our community. Audience members will have the chance to play along, quiz themselves, and support the finalists as they compete.
Please note: this event is not open to the general public this year and attendance is limited to invited guests, students, families, and partners.
The local winner will advance to the state competition and may earn the opportunity to continue on to the national competition in Washington, D.C. It’s going to be an exciting and meaningful event for both the finalists and those in attendance!
