Louisa Education Foundation Invites Community to Connect at November 3 Breakfast

LOUISA, VA — The Louisa Education Foundation (LEF) invites community members to join its Board

of Directors and Executive Director for Core Connections: Breakfast with LEF on Tuesday,

November 3, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, located at 1782

Jefferson Highway in Louisa.

This casual, drop-in event offers an opportunity for community members to enjoy apple cider

donuts, meet the people behind LEF's mission, and learn how local generosity is creating more

opportunities for Louisa County students, teachers, and schools.

Attendees will have the chance to connect with Foundation leadership, explore LEF's programs,

including Scholarships, Innovative Teacher Grants, and the Student Success Fund, and discover ways

to support local public education.

"Core Connections is an opportunity to bring our community together, share the impact of LEF's

work, and build relationships with people who care about the future of Louisa County," said Carrie

Hicks, Executive Director of the Louisa Education Foundation. "Whether you've supported LEF for

years or are just learning about us, we'd love for you to stop by and get to know us."

The event is open to the public, and attendees are welcome to drop in anytime between 9:00 and

11:00 a.m. A brief program will begin at 10:00 a.m.
